Voicemail Studio is designed to collect the minimum amount of personal data necessary to provide our service. When you use our service, we collect:
- Email Address: Collected securely via our payment processor to deliver your generated audio files and receipt.
- Audio Scripts: The text content you input into our generator to create your audio file.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect strictly for providing the core service:
- To process your payment securely.
- To generate the audio file based on your script.
- To deliver the final MP3/WAV file to your email address and provide a secure backup link.
3. Third-Party Data Processors
To provide our service, we rely on industry-leading, secure third-party platforms. We share only the necessary data with them:
- Paddle: All payments are securely processed by our payment partner (Paddle). Your email address is securely captured during checkout for receipt delivery.
- ElevenLabs: We send the text script you provide to ElevenLabs' API to generate the AI voice audio. ElevenLabs does not use this text to train their models.
- Supabase: We use Supabase (hosted on AWS/Google Cloud) to securely store your generated audio files for backup purposes so you can download them later.
- Resend: We use Resend to deliver transactional emails containing your audio download link.
4. Data Retention
We retain your generated audio files and the associated email address in our secure database to provide you with permanent backup links. If you wish to have your data or audio files permanently deleted from our servers, please contact us and we will process the deletion immediately.
5. Security
We take the security of your data seriously. All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and our third-party processors is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security).
