1. Digital Goods & Compute Costs

Voicemail Studio provides an instant, AI-generated digital audio product. When you complete a purchase, our system immediately incurs non-refundable GPU compute costs and API fees to synthesize your audio via our voice partners (ElevenLabs).

2. No Refunds on Successful Generations

Because the service delivers instant digital goods and incurs immediate unrecoverable costs, all sales are final once the audio is successfully generated and delivered.

We provide an extensive "Live Script Preview" and free sample voice clips on the generator page so that you can verify the script length, voice tone, and overall quality before committing to a purchase.

3. Pronunciation Errors

AI models may occasionally mispronounce unique names, uncommon acronyms, or specific industry jargon. We require users to check the "Quality Assurance Check" box before checkout, confirming they have spelled difficult words phonetically (e.g., typing "J S X" instead of "JSX"). We do not offer refunds for mispronunciations that could have been prevented by phonetic spelling.

4. Technical Failures & Retry Policy

We are committed to delivering the product you paid for. If a technical error occurs on our end (e.g., server timeout, API failure) and your audio fails to generate after a successful payment:

• You are entitled to a free, manual retry. Our team will manually generate the script you paid for and email it to you.
• If we are entirely unable to fulfill the generation due to a systemic failure, you will receive a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
