1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Voicemail Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Voicemail Studio provides an AI-powered text-to-speech audio generation service designed for business phone systems. Users can input text scripts and receive professionally generated MP3/WAV files using advanced AI voice models.

3. Payment & Pricing

The Service operates on a strict pay-per-generation model. There are no recurring subscriptions, hidden fees, or auto-renewals. Each generated audio file requires a one-time payment of $29.00 USD. By initiating a payment, you authorize us (through our third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method for this one-time fee.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to generate audio content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
• Designed to impersonate a real human being without their explicit consent (Deepfakes).
• Used for spam, robocalls, fraud, or telemarketing scams.
• Defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to ban users and revoke access to generated files if we detect a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon successful payment and generation, you are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the generated audio file for commercial purposes (including your business phone systems, IVR, and marketing). Voicemail Studio retains the underlying rights to the platform and technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Voicemail Studio, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
